I already run ads on my screens — can I onboard only my unused slots to the platform?

Yes. PixelFlow’s Surface platform is built to support Bring-Your-Own-Screen (BYOS) onboarding.

 

You can selectively onboard only your unused or partially available screen slots by defining their availability within the system. PixelFlow then makes only those available slots discoverable to demand, ensuring your existing direct or in-house campaigns remain unaffected.

 

Revenue is generated proportionally to the time slots you make available, giving you full control over yield without disrupting your current operations. Under the BYOS model, you are responsible for maintaining continuous internet connectivity so that ad delivery, monitoring, and reporting function reliably.

I have a limited budget and want to advertise only for a few days — what are my options?

PixelFlow’s Stream platform is designed with budget flexibility as a core principle, making DOOH accessible even for small or short-term advertisers.

 

You can define clear budget limits, choose how long the campaign runs, and control how the spend is distributed across days and screens based on your objectives. Campaigns can be executed either through programmatic targeting, where the system optimizes delivery within your budget, or via guaranteed screen or slot bookings for predictable placement.

 

In both models, the platform ensures that your campaign never exceeds the budget you set, allowing you to advertise confidently for short durations without budget becoming a constraint.

Can I book specific screens or time slots directly instead of running a programmatic campaign?

Yes. PixelFlow gives you the flexibility to choose how you want to run each campaign.

 

You can run a Guaranteed Deal to directly book specific screens, locations, or time slots for assured delivery and predictable outcomes. Alternatively, you may opt for a Dynamic (programmatic) campaign, where the platform intelligently distributes ads based on targeting and availability.

 

You are free to create multiple campaigns in parallel, combining guaranteed and programmatic approaches as needed—allowing you to tailor each campaign to your objectives, timelines, and level of control.

What happens if a screen goes offline or is out of service during my booked campaign?

PixelFlow is designed to ensure fair delivery and transparent billing, even when screens become unavailable.

 

For Dynamic (programmatic) campaigns, ad delivery automatically stops on any unresponsive or offline screen and is redistributed to other eligible screens, ensuring continuity without manual intervention.

 

For Guaranteed Deals, if a booked screen goes out of service, PixelFlow will — with your consent — reassign the campaign to an equivalent screen with comparable reach and characteristics.

 

In all cases, you are never billed for ads that were not delivered. Billing is strictly based on verified ad runs, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and trust.

Can I mix direct slot bookings and exchange-based campaigns in the same account?

Yes. PixelFlow fully supports running multiple campaign types within the same account.

 

You can create and manage both Deal (guaranteed) slot bookings and Dynamic (programmatic) campaigns simultaneously, depending on your objectives. Each campaign operates independently with its own configuration, delivery rules, and performance tracking.

 

Billing is handled at the campaign level, with consolidated invoices generated for your account — providing clear visibility into spend across all campaigns while keeping accounting simple and transparent.

Is it possible to pause, reschedule, or reallocate my budget mid-campaign based on performance or availability?

Yes—this is supported, with clarity and billing integrity in mind.

 

For clean auditing, accurate reporting, and unambiguous billing, PixelFlow does not allow active campaigns to be edited mid-run. Instead, you can close an existing campaign at any time and create a new campaign with revised settings—whether that involves pausing activity, rescheduling dates, or reallocating budget based on performance or availability.

 

To make this seamless, PixelFlow allows you to duplicate an existing campaign with a single click, modify the required parameters, and relaunch it quickly. This approach ensures complete transparency by clearly showing when each campaign ran, what configuration was used, and how it was billed, without any overlap or confusion.
